Introducing our 100ml bottle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is sourced from the picturesque groves of Bannockburn and Cromwell renowned for cool climate and its high-quality olive oil production. Our olive oil is rich in flavour and aroma, making it the perfect addition to any dish. The oil blend is from frantoio and leccino varieties giving a fresh and fruity taste that will enhance the flavour of your salads, pasta, and grilled vegetables.
 
Our current release is the 2025 extra virgin Ollie's olive oil - we harvested in May/June 2025 - so its as fresh as you can get right now! If you are familiar with the Central Otago style of olive oil this one will be very green and peppery given its youth, but will mellow over time. We hope you enjoy it.
